Jesse is a British chef and restaurateur best known as the chef‑owner of London favourites Parlour in Kensal Green and Six Portland Road in Holland Park. After working in world‑class kitchens — from Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago to Le Gavroche in London — he opened Parlour in 2013, which has featured in the Top 50 Gastropubs consistently since. His TV work includes appearances on BBC MasterChef and The Truth About Food.
