Tom is a British food writer and food critic. He is the author of seven cookbooks and, in 2010, won the Guild of Food Writers 2010 award for his writings on British food. He is known for his appearances as a judge in numerous television food series and for his reviews of restaurant meals around the UK for The Mail on Sunday, he is also a contributing editor for Esquire, Country Life, and Condé Nast Traveller, plus a regular judge on the BBC’s MasterChef. Tom is a godson of King Charles III, and his mother, Camilla, is Queen.
